Bookings and Rentals
The Chestermere Regional
Recreation Centre has many facilities for use by people of all ages. Bookings
are available for all facilities.

Summer Outdoor Rental
Packages:
Do you have a company or family event this summer?
Now is the time to book some of the great outdoor facilities!
Indoor Facilities:

Large Banquet Hall, complete with hardwood floors, large stage,
bar and kitchen. Great for weddings, receptions, and other functions.

Multi
Purpose Program Room (MPP Rm) available for functions up to 200 people.

Ice Arenas
are available for use 9 months out of the year. Block bookings as well as
single slot bookings are welcome. One ice surface will be open throughout
the off season.

The
Arena is also available May-mid August for ball hockey, inline skating,
lacrosse etc...

Curling Ice
is available for league bookings, bonspiels, funspiels, and groups big or
small. There are four sheets of ice available.

Meeting Rooms are available for large and small groups.

Lounge overlooking the curling rink and hockey arena. (available for
rentals during the summer only).

Outdoor Facilities:

Softball Diamonds, regulation size, fenced with shale infields. Hourly,
daily & weekend rentals available.

Barbecue Area - Grill and Flat Top cooking surface.

Rental Policies:

The
Hall can be tentatively held for 7 days
-
A
non-refundable deposit is required to confirm rental of the hall, and a
contract must be signed.

The
remainder of the rental fees (Rental less the deposit and Damage Deposit)
are due 30 days prior to the event.

User
is responsible for clean up of the hall & kitchen (wipe tables, pick up
garbage, make sure kitchen is clean. Cleaning supplies provided)
-
Full
day rental includes use of the hall until 2:00am (including clean up)
